This unique ranch style home sleeps 6-8. Grab your beach bag and flip flops for a walk to Dowses, (house to sand - 25 min walk/2 min drive with ample parking) and a local resident beach pass is provided with rental. Don’t forget your fishing pole for some fishing off the jetty with easy ramp access. House is in a private setting, and we've provided everything you need to enjoy a fun, relaxing vacation on the Cape with easy access to all points on the Cape and Islands. Travel up the road to Craigsville beach (5 min drive). Don’t forget to stop by the iconic Four Seas Ice cream on the way back to the house. Osterville center is a quick 10 minute stroll where you can grab dinner @ Crisp (Voted best pizza on the cape by Trip Advisor) or enjoy traditional Cape fare at Wimpy's and top off the night with a sweet treat at Gone Chocolate. On your way back, grab some fine wine or coffee at Fancy’s Market. This unique ranch style home is very comfortable with over 1500 square feet. Three bedrooms are privately tucked away from the main living areas. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a (1) queen bed and the third bedroom has (2) twin beds. Additionally we have (2) roll out cots. There are two full baths and the house is cooled by central air. There are two living areas equipped with TV/cable and lightning-fast internet to satisfy the whole vacation party. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with natural barriers for extra privacy. Guests can rinse off with the outdoor shower or relax on the back deck for some grilling in the private backyard. We’ve accommodated the place with all the comforts of home. We are happy to accommodate any additional requests ( within reason) to make your stay more enjoyable. Osterville is easily accessible only 20 miles over the Bourne bridge or fly by CapeAir into Barnstable airport (6 miles from the house). Guests will enjoy their own private smart key access to the home. Private Digital Key - Unique to you for your visit Home is located privately set up above street level in a residential neighborhood. There are two driveways (one paved and one gravel) along with a dedicated street level spot. Total parking areas support up to 4 cars.
