Endless lake adventures await at this majestic, two-story home located near Big Arbor Vitae Lake! You are located roughly 200 ft from the water and will enjoy access to a large L-shaped dock with a boat lift for guest use. This home is all about outdoor fun! Gather around one of the two firepits (one up by the house and one down by the lake) to tell fun or scary stories, head over to the large sitting deck near the dock and lake where you will find a large picnic table for meals al fresco, or simply host a barbecue using the gas grill available and treat your guests to delicious grilled patties, veggies, and more! Inside, this air-conditioned home boasts three, well-appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and enough space to host large or small families, groups of friends, and couples alike. Upon entering, the main living area will be to your right, seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room together. When mealtime comes around, the kitchen has your back! It's fully equipped with all major appliances and all the essentials to whip up everything that comes to mind. Then, gather at the six-person dining table by the gas fireplace to delight in a homemade feast. Once mealtime is over, feel free to retreat to the inviting living room to stream everyone's favorite movies or series on the Smart TV for an entertaining evening at home. There is a large three seasons sitting area off of the living room offering another six-person dining table and two comfortable loveseats. There is a small deck right off of the living room as well, which is perfect in case you need to work or study from home; the free high-speed WiFi and Internet will be a great addition as well! This level also hosts one bedroom and a full bathroom with a washer/dryer combo. The rest of the bedrooms and additional sleeping areas, along with a full bathroom, are located upstairs. Two bedrooms, a bunk area, and an extra sleeping area by the stair will provide a good night's sleep for everyone. Things to Know No tents, please. Full kitchen without a dishwasher You must cross the road to get to the lake/dock access. Streaming services are available using guests' own log-ins. There is a dock available. The dock is roughly 30 ft long. about 4 ft deep at the end. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
