House comes with a discount parking pass for Smith Point park beach. House is also right down the road from Wildwood State Park for those who love hiking and biking! And if you wanted to spend a day exploring the Hamptons, it’s only a 30 minute drive to West Hampton. Very close to restaurants (The Tavern, Mesquite, La Plague, Phils, Cooperage Inn), Brekky cafe, Shoppes at East Winds and food shopping, liquor stores and CVS/Walgreens right in Wading River. 15 minutes to Riverhead, Tanger Outlets and Splish Splash water park.
