Comfortable double bed (can NOT be separated, NO single beds possible) with spring mattresses and slatted frames. There is a bedside table on each side, each with lamp and alarm clock. Bed linen is provided. Two sofa chairs with a multifunctional table are ready for nice dinners. Large LED TV, DVD and CD player, WLAN with up to 35 Mbit/s download and 5 Mbit/s upload. Kitchen. The kitchen offers everything you might need for short or longer stays: Dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, 3 different ways to make coffee. Our aim is to create a "home away from home". In the kitchen this is reflected in a large selection of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. A towel, dish towel, sponge, dishcloth and washing-up liquid are provided. Bathroom. Here you will find plenty of space, a bathtub, a hand basin, a toilet, a washer-dryer (combined washing machine and dryer) and a drying rack. Plus a powerful hairdryer and hanging facilities for damp towels. Small and large towels are provided, soap too. Hallway. Huge built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space and a clothes rail. Balcony. Here you will find two chairs with a table. When the nights get chilly, you can wrap up in the warm blankets stored in the wardrobe. Children and extra beds. A baby cot and highchair are provided free of charge on request. Plastic dishes, plates, cups can be found in the kitchen. Children up to 4 stay free of charge. Older children count as adults. No extra beds for adults possible. Garden. You are welcome to use the sunny and green courtyard. There you will also find a swing and a sandpit (use at your own risk). Animals. We are sorry, but no animals are allowed in the flats. Non-smoking flat. The flats are non-smoking without exception. Smokers are welcome to enjoy the fresh air on the balcony. Please keep the balcony door closed during the smoking break. Lift & bicycle parking space & underground parking space. Step-free access with large lift (no guarantee for lift availability). Bicycles: Free parking in the courtyard (bicycle shed) or on floor -2 (bicycle cellar). Access with flat key, use at own risk.
