The modern, renovated house is located on the most beautiful part of the Slovenian coast - the Ankaran Peninsula, which is one of the most valuable areas of Slovenian Istria. The house is in a great location with a beautiful panoramic view of the Bay of Koper and Trieste. With a Mediterranean climate and all-day sun, a beautifully maintained garden, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, this house is a complete oasis of peace. Kids also have their own part of the garden to play and socialize at various games. The house is fully airconditioned and there is a dedicated office space. The nearest beaches are a few minutes drive or a 15 minute walk along a well-maintained hiking trail away. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for cycling, walking, shopping, great restaurants with local delicacies and many cultural and historical monuments. Please note that tourist tax is to be paid on spot: 2.50€/day/person
