The house : The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a functional wood stove as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests. - A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee pod. - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) and an adjoining shower room with a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer. - Separate toilet. On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, basin and hairdryer. It is possible to combine these beds to obtain a Queen-Size bed (180x190). - Separate toilet. Outside : - A large enclosed garden with trees of 7000 m². - A private terrace of 4,6 m² with a parasol, a table, four chairs and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun! - A beautiful private swimming pool (9x5), not heated and secured by a barrier.
