Spacious, light, and modern apartment in walking proximity to the city center and Como lake. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the city and go to the nearby mountains. As well it is a strategic point for those, who want to travel around the nearby cities and villages thanks to a good transport connection. The apartment has a fast and stable internet connection and is perfect for a home office. Kids and pets are welcome! Important! No smoking apartment The space The apartment is located on the third floor of a condominium. It has two terraces with a view of the mountains and a small park. It is divided into the day zone with a light and spacious living room with an area for dining, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom, and the night zone with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Guest access From the train station: exit directly from the train station tunnel to via Balicco, turn left, and walk to Corso G. Matteotti. Go up the street to the first apartment house on the right side (5min total). By car: we will provide you with a private box in the same building. The entrance is via Lorenza Balicco. Please inform us in advance about your arrival so we meet you at the entrance to the box to give you the keys. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with Alexa which can tell you many details about the house and give advice on how to use the washing machine or kitchen equipment. Please note that as hosts we are obliged to register all the guests officially and collect city tax from the guests older than 14 years old. It is 1 euro a day per person for a maximum of 5 euro per person per stay. You can pay it in cash when you arrive, or online. We can leave you a bill for the payment and all the relevant documentation.
