Enjoy all of this from your base in this lovely apartment complete with everything you would need. The Space: You've got everything you would need in a great place to make for a fantastic stay. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen, shower room, 2 double bedrooms and all tastefully presented to enhance your stay in our beautiful city.Netflix and wifi included. Guest Access: Full access to entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Newcastle is quite a compact City, which makes it ideal for shopping, exploring or just getting to where you need to be! The city really has it all; from history, culture and museums to the best shopping in the North East and, of course, our famous nightlife. Eldon Square mall is around 10 minutes minutes’ walk from the apartment and along with the excellent range of shops has just launched a new restaurant zone featuring many cuisines from across the globe. We are also a short 10 minute walk to Newcastle University Campus and a 10 minute walk to Northumbria University, so are in the ideal location for family visiting students during their studies or for graduation ceremonies. St James Park is also nearby; the stadium is home to Newcastle United football club, a cathedral to the many toon fans across the North East. We strongly recommend taking in a game if you can, the atmosphere is unbeatable! If you are looking to see a show, the Theatre Royal is only 10 minutes away and 0the 2 Academy is almost just outside the front door!. If you're with us over the weekend check out the Sunday Quayside market for a brilliant day out! Getting Around: Arriving by train? Getting to the apartment couldn't be easier as it's only 5 minutes walk from Central Station. Arriving by plane? From Newcastle Airport you can get a taxi to the apartment in about 15 minutes or take the Metro which takes you into Central Station. From there it's just a 5 minute walk to the apartment. Arriving by car? Park in the Grainger Town Multi Storey on Waterloo Street itself which is free between 5pm and 8am. From the apartment it's just a 2 minute walk to the multi storey. Other Things to Note: Parking is available in the Grainger Town Multi Storey Car Park which is located on Waterloo Street and is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Current charges are £1.20 per hour and parking is free between 5pm and 8am. Required standards of behaviour - this is a lovely apartment in a quiet residential building. It is essential that the privacy and amenity of residents is respected and observed. In this regard, we will not tolerate anti-social behaviour of any kind. Of course, we want you to fully enjoy your stay here - and in this apartment you will have the perfect base for that - but please be aware that any undue noise or disturbance will result in your stay being terminated. We require our guests to have a minimum age of 23 to reserve this apartment.
