Pacific Royale Penthouse 311 is situated straight across from the beach on the Northern end of Marine Parade, escaping you from the hustle and bustle of Kingscliff town but still close enough to walk or cruise along the scenic, beachfront footpath. Snuggle up on the outdoor lounges on one of the balconies which can be accessed from the living room or enjoy a meal & a BBQ on the second balcony which flows seamlessly out from the indoor dining area - both overlooking the ocean. The third has two separate entrances off the bedrooms and boasts lovely views of the hinterland in the West and of course the evening sunset. The spacious master bedroom features a King size bed, ceiling fan and access to your private back balcony. The ensuite includes a his and hers vanity, jetted spa bath to unwind in, as well as a tinted window which looks out to the sea. The second bedroom consists of 2 single bedsplus access to the back balcony and the third bedroom has a Queen Size bed, ceiling fan and views of the hinterland.
