Comfortably accommodating 9 travelers, this country house without opposite is composed of 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large and bright living room with kitchen. You will also enjoy its large enclosed garden of 1000 m², and its terrace of 36 m² from which you can appreciate the clear view on the nature. Sheets and towels provided, you just have to put down your bags! See you soon! The accommodation With an area of 150 m², the house is presented as follows: Living space : - Living room with a sitting area with flat screen TV, corner sofa and armchair, and a dining area with a large dining table for 10 to 12 guests. - Open and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery, tableware... - Laundry room with washing machine. - WC. Night space (1st and 2nd floor) : - Bedroom 1 "L'Aubrac": queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), TV, dressing room and a desk. - Bedroom 2 "Le Larzac" : double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), closet. - Room 3 "Le Lévézou" : double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), closet and private bathroom with shower and WC. - Room 4 "Le Dortoir" : 3 single beds and 2 closets. - Bathroom with corner bath and WC. Outside : - Terrace of 36 m² exposed south/east and fitted out with a high dining table for 8 to 10 guests, as well as garden furniture. The terrace will be the ideal place to enjoy a breakfast, with family or friends, taking advantage of its unobstructed view on the surrounding countryside! - Enclosed garden of 1000 m² with garden furniture. Nearby The house is located at the exit of a village. The village center is 200 m away, you will find a grocery store, a bakery, a microbrewery and a post office. You will also be located at 5 minutes of Bozouls or Laissac where you will find all the conveniences, at 15 minutes of Espalion, at 30 minutes of Rodez with its historical city center. Activities The house is located at the crossroads of the most beautiful areas of the region: - In the North at 15 minutes : NATURAL PARK OF AUBRAC which overhangs the Lot valley where the most beautiful villages of France are present (Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, Estaing, Conques...). - To the East you can discover the beginning of the Gorges du Tarn. - To the West, 5 minutes away, the canyon of Bozouls, the Grands Causses, Rodez. - To the South on the Lévézou mountains the space of the big lakes with all the nautical activities. Come to discover one of the regions of France with very varied landscapes proposing outdoor activities (excursion, cycling, VTT, fishing, running...). Transportation - You will have 3 parking spaces (1 in a garage, 2 in the outside courtyard). - Railway station and airport of Rodez at about 30 minutes.
