Suttons Bay is the gateway to Leelanau County and lies midway up the eastern shore of Leelanau Peninsula. This year ‘round coastal village has a quality all its own…specialty shops, galleries, and unique dining experiences. Downtown is only a quick drive from this rental. This two-story 3200+ sq ft home rental offers a full kitchen upstairs with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the utensils and dishes you could need. The master bedroom sits upstairs as well with an ensuite bathroom, desk and chair, and a King bed. Master has direct access to the screened porch. Sprawl out upstairs in the very large living room full of a big couch, lots of comfy chairs, and tables. Downstairs features a cool bar area, two additional bedrooms, an open area with two trundle beds, and another living room. All with full view of the beautiful Suttons Bay water. Fabulous restaurants and shopping, including Hop Lot Brewing, Boone's Primetime, The Cove, The Knot, and Fischer's Happy Hour Tavern, are a quick drive from our rental! You're also a quick twenty minute drive from Traverse City. Walking and bike trails are also close by. The home features a large back deck, screened porch, and windows galore for enjoying sunsets and star gazing. 10 guests max. 1 dog allowed per stay for an additional fee; no dog barking or whining outside per Suttons Bay township rules. Managers live close by if help is needed. There is a moor for ski boats and/or pontoons (if you’re renting or bringing one). Also a small dock out back.
