Uniquely featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over two levels, Monigatti's also offers a large rear deck overlooking an acre of stunning native garden, with sweeping views of the Wombat State Forest providing a picturesque backdrop at the rear of the house. Two en-suite bedrooms are located in the main house and a third bedroom with en-suite and air conditioning is accessible via the external stairs from the deck. A Coonara style wood fire warms the house in winter while a 6 person hot tub offers year round enjoyment. Free WiFi and a fantastic 10 metre slide in the side garden will entertain large and small kids. Port-a-cot and highchair available by request. Basic breakfast provisions are also provided
