On the ground floor, there’s a big living area with one side facing the lake and the other facing the beautiful garden. This area also has a big sitting room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV and DVD player, a dining area with a crystal table and a kitchen equipped with an oven and dishwasher. Big French doors lead out into the garden, passing through a covered patio with big tables to enjoy meals in total serenity or a barbequing with breathtaking views all around. In the magnificent garden, there are centuries-old olive trees and a swimming pool with sunbeds for guests to read or sunbathe in total relaxation and privacy. In the upper part, there is also an outdoor sitting and a dining area under a porch, a timeless frame from where to enjoy the wonderful view of the garden, lake and the Island. Sleeping On the first floor, there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Out of these, two bedrooms also have direct access to the terrace with outdoor seating and wonderful lake views. Extra: One of the double bedrooms with terrace access also has a pullout bed suitable for a child between the ages of 3-14. Bathroom All bathrooms are fitted with a shower and WC. To the guests who want to pass their vacations in Ossuccio, the authentic Trattoria Cheghel and the Lido of Sala in Sala Comacina are the most perfect places for guests with refined palates and a love of sophisticated cuisine. The stay in Ossuccio is not complete without a boat trip to the Island, to discover its history and secrets and concluding it with an absolutely unique dinner at the famous restaurant “Locandadell’Isola Comacina”. The idyllic environment of the historic Sala Comacina places our guests only a few steps away from the Greenway passage of the Lago, the Lido, tennis courts, the boat rental services of the close Ossuccio, supermarkets, and Villa Balbianello, picturesque attraction in Lenno (5 minutes drive) and more. Bars, restaurants, connections with ferryboats, lidos and Villa Carlotta can be found on the Tremezzina bank, only 10 minutes away by car. Additionally, the most active guests can enjoy the tracks on the nearby Sacro Monte of Ossuccio and San Martino in Griante, or live a carefree moment on the lake sailing or practising several water sports.
