The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 Bedroom 1 is en-suite with double bed, kitchenette and dedicated workspace Bedroom 2 is ground floor, twin beds, has a breakfast table and chairs which doubles up as a workspace Bedroom 3 has single bed and a dedicated workspace All three rooms are spacious Main bathroom sink, bath and over the bath shower with separate toilet for your convenience The en-suite has a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not permitted in property - Driveway for 1 car on-site parking - Pets are not allowed at the property. - no house parties permitted - All guests full names must be submitted as part of the initial booking. Any changes to this must be provided in advance of arrival. - No unregistered visitors unaccounted for on the booking will be admitted to the property. Failure to respect this rule may result in immediate eviction with no refund given.
