## Space Our wonderfully furnished apartment promise the ideal home base for an unforgettable stay in the city. The central location of the apartments allows you to explore the beautiful city of Porto! The apartment is composed of 2 double beds for maximum of 4 guests, a living room with couch, a kitchen complete with dining table and chairs, a bathroom and a balcony to maximize your stay! In our home, you will have Wifi, hot water system, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and a laptop friendly workspace. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, you will find fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, basic cookware and cutleries. The home is also complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The Brito Capelo Apartment, although located in the center of the city, is situated in a quiet and peaceful area. Around it you can find traditional shops with products of Portuguese gastronomy. This place is close to downtown with supermarkets (Continente, Minipreço and Pingo Doce) within few minutes. There is a bus stop at Constitution Street and Serpa Pinto Street, few minutes away. You will also have numerous services of cafes, restaurants, laundry on Rua da Constituição, Constitution Street. The apartment is also within walking distance from Cedofeita street, Praça dos Leões, Clérigos tower, Lello bookstore and many other landmarks. ## Transit The nearest metro station is Carolina Michaelis. Catch the Metro in Airport to Carolina Michaelis metro station, then walk 9 minutes, to Rua Brito Capelo, Porto, number 61. The apartment is in the second floor. ## Notes Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
