Classy Space in Chic KY Home

This beautiful space is in the lower level of a classic Kentucky home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a large comfortable back porch area with a hot tub available for your stay. Just minutes to I264, 10 minutes to SDF airport, 10-15 to Downtown, two minutes to the beautiful Seneca Park and within walking distance to Saint Matthews which hosts some of the best shopping and restaurants in Louisville. The entire lower level of a home has been dedicated as your private area. My father lives in the top of the home. The entire lower level of the home and the backyard with a deck and hot tub. The upper level of the home is occupied and he is available for any questions or concerns. It is self check in with a key code so anytime you arrive after 3 PM is fine. This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. You will have a separate private entrance from the home in a gated driveway for your vehicle. There will be a key code to access your space. No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit. The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. We allow children with the following stipulations: -Guests are responsible for any and all necessary "baby proofing" -Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times PLEASE NOTE: There is a RING camera on the front doorbell. CANCELLATION POLICY Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email) After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
