This holiday home with private swimming pool awaits you, nestled against a hill in a sunny hamlet in the Gard, almost on the border with the Ardèche where you can go canoeing. You can also discover this beautiful region on foot or by bike. When you enter the garden, you will discover a pretty terrace made of local stone. It will shelter you from the sun and strong winds. The garden ends with a large terrace with a panoramic view over the plain and the Ardèche mountains. You can enjoy your meals in the open air while admiring the landscape, the sunset and the pool below. Access to the pool is via a Roman staircase. The pool is surrounded by an exotic wooden deck where you can relax in peace and quiet, away from prying eyes. The house is composed of two independent flats with WIFI access. The first flat on the ground floor is for two people. You will enter through a pleasantly cool room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Next to it is a toilet with shower, washbasin and WC. A corridor leads to a bedroom with a view of the outside. Via an outside staircase you reach the second flat on the first floor, which can accommodate six people. There is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet.
