Enjoy a 15min walk to the Excelsa shopping centre for a coffee at Henry & Teds or a movie at the boutique Tivoli cinema. You can also enjoy a variety of restaurants and excellent bakery famous for their pies. The Space: This stylish Papamoa Beach accommodation features a gorgeous open plan kitchen, dining and living area with seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The 3 bedrooms comfortably sleeps 6. The spacious master bedroom with ensuite has a queen bed and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 offers two single beds and bedroom 3 a queen bed. There is a generous second bathroom complete with a shower, bath and toilet. The separate study is perfect for anyone needing a quiet space to keep up with work. Bring your bicycles or beach toys as the double garage provides ample space. Nestled on a quiet street, Botanic Retreat enjoys maximum privacy while still being in the perfect location to enjoy all that the gorgeous Papamoa Beach and Mt Maunganui has to offer. Guest Access: Guests are welcome to park in the double garage, alternatively there is off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. We’re always happy to welcome a well-behaved pooch that’s over 1-year old. Some conditions apply, just check with us before you make your booking. Please note that the section is not fully fenced. LINEN & TOWELS (except beach towels) are included in the cleaning fee. Please note, we provide fresh linen every 7 days for our guests. If you are booking for more than a 6 night stay, there is an additional linen cost of $75 for that week. You will be contacted about this extra amount after your booking confirmation, and it will be collected through the external booking channel Resolution Centre. COVID CANCELLATIONS: Should there be covid alert level travel restrictions, we will offer guests a full refund or credit/date change (excluding a the $25 administration fee and any service fees the external booking channel might charge). In the event of the covid traffic light system preventing unvaccinated guests from traveling, our standard cancellation policy will apply and no refund will be offered in such cases, unless our standard cancellation policy warrants a refund. Interaction with Guests: A dedicated local property manager will be available during your stay to answer any questions or assist with any unforeseen problems that might come up.
