Freeway access is super close for going anywhere! BBQ at night and hang out with friends and family soaking up the sun during the day by the pool! Chefs kitchen w Viking range and everything you need for cooking. Groceries & top restaurants are nearby if you want to go out. Plenty of comfortable seating throughout the house and if someone has to work you have a dedicated office space with nice chair, desk, charging ports, etc. Hopefully you can enjoy the city, but if you need to work we have you covered! This property has been professionally designed and thought out with everything that guests will need including: Super fast WiFi, plenty of towels including pool towels, plugs and USB ports throughout, seating for 8-10 people at the indoor dining table, blackout curtains, top notch bedding and linens, just to name a few! This is a quiet and desirable family neighborhood and boisterous activity will not be tolerated. This is a noise sensitive property. Please respect the house AND the neighborhood. There is NO tolerance for loud music, racing up and down the streets or any loitering outside in the street or the driveway. Pool does not a have a fence surrounding it but for an additional $100 charge one can be installed for your stay if you would like for the little ones. We DO NOT ALLOW parties or people driving up and down the street going in and out the house. This is not the type of guest we allow. The neighbors will not tolerate it and will contact me and everyone will have to vacate and you will lose your deposit. Come enjoy LA through Universal, Hollywood, etc and then come back to the comfort of your home! Guest Access: You have access to the entire house and pool just for you. Totally private and not shared with anyone. There is a guest unit above the garage and on a separate street which has NO VIEW into the property- totally separate and will not affect you. The Neighborhood: Very quiet and safe residential neighborhood with $1M+ homes and many people walking on the weekends to religious services nearby. Getting Around: In LA I always recommend a car although you can walk and Uber also from this great location! Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WITHOUT EXPLICIT APPROVAL FROM MYSELF. NOISE MONITORS AND EXTERIOR CAMERAS ON SITE AND YOU WILL FORFEIT DEPOSIT AND BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. Interaction with Guests: You have full privacy but we are available 24 hours a day by phone and text with anything you need.
