The 40 m² apartment is located in the basement of an art nouveau apartment building and offers enough space for five people. The apartment has a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a cozy living area. This is equipped with a flat screen TV and comfortable sofa elements, which can be converted into single beds.
