Peaceful river view hideaway by the Waikato river

One bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a kitchenette. Please note that there is no oven or cooktop. There is a microwave and a benchtop oven, and a full sized fridge. The lounge has a heat pump for those brisk Taupo winters. Queen sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge that can sleep extra persons or children. Peaceful sheltered surroundings, relaxing environment, beautiful views of the Waikato river from bedroom window and the lounge. Everything you need for a great breakaway from a busy life. There is a relaxing deck where you an sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine and enjoy the view. There are walking/bike tracks nearby that lead to Spa Park where the adventure begins. Very central, only a two minute drive to town or a 20min walk. Linen is provided. Check in time is 4pm on the day of the first night to give time for preparation in the case we have guests moving out on the same day of a booking. We can often have the flat ready before 4pm, please check on the day by text or call to 0211657929. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. Special conditions: Children are welcome but please be advised that we are close to the Waikato river and there is no fencing. There is another unit attached that may be occupied at the same time. We also live on the property and are available if need be . You will have complete privacy with your own entrance. There is a shared outside space but the deck is yours to enjoy. The garden is a work in progress but we have created a lovely new lawn area to enjoy and hopefully the roses are blooming when you arrive. If you would like a continental breakfast to be provided during your stay, please make a request at the time of booking , cost will be $10 per person per day.
