Stunning family home located on a quiet cul-de-sac street approx 1km from Raglan township. Tastefully decorated, an expansive floor plan & stunning views of the harbour and surrounding rural landscape. The open plan living is perfect for guests, plenty of room for everyone to relax. Perfect design for those who prefer to use the lift to each level, therefore accommodating all needs. Home boasts 2 aircon/heating units in both living and master bedroom (plus ensuite) with standalone fans in each bedroom. Louvres provide natural airflow, underfloor heating in main bathroom, wifi, sky and smart TV. Large fully enclosed section with alfresco dining/patio at rear of property. We will provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. Kitchen appliances consists of coffee plunger, George Foreman grille plate, nutri bullet, toastie maker and electric beater. Kitchen is well stocked. Boiling water tap provided as opposed to electric kettle. Please note nightly tariff rate is based on 2 guests then additional $40/person/night thereafter. Linen is charged out @ $25/person/stay, if less than 7 guests staying we will adjust your quotation accordingly. Please note linen is optional. We prefer to accommodate responsible, mature guests 40 years and over.
