House of about 85 m2 located in the small village of Vairé with private parking and enclosed land. Located 9km from the beach and 14km from the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne. This house offers you all the comfort and proximity to enjoy the many assets of the Vendée coast. MLa house consists of 3 bedrooms: - blue room with a king size bed 180 - bedroom 2: a bed of 160 - bedroom 3: two bunk beds and a complementary one under the bottom bed. You will have a living room, a very well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer ...) A garage where you can store your bikes eventually. A terrace with all the necessary furniture, an electric plancha and a charcoal barbecue. A bathroom with a shower. Separate WC. Pets are welcome The nearest supervised beach is 9km away, the others are not much further away (max 15km) The bike path (Vendée littoral) is a few kilometers from the house via other tracks. The house is located 14 km from Les Sables d'Olonne and 21km from St Gilles Croix de Vie. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented by Martine who will welcome you. Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay but can also be booked with Martine.
