The magnificent Villa Radiance is located in Zaton, only 8 km from the city of Dubrovnik. Villa Radiance is built in a modern style, has 400 m2 of living space, and is 500 m away from the nearest beach. The maximum number of guests is 12, while the optimal number is 10. On the ground floor, there is a beautifully decorated living room consisting of one sofa and two sofas, has a TV and coffee table, but the best part is that it has access to the outdoor terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the surroundings and clear sea. Near the living room, there is a dining room with a dining table for twelve people. There is also a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar where you will prepare delicious meals for your family or friends. Also, on the ground floor, you will be greeted by a fitness room that will delight guests who love an active vacation, sauna and, outdoor terrace with seating. On the terrace, there is a heated pool of 36 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. Next to it, there are ten sun loungers and four parasols. You can also use the outdoor gas grill next to which there is also an outdoor dining table. On the first floor of Villa Radiance are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with bathtubs, and a balcony overlooking the sea. On the second floor are two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with bathtubs, which also have a balcony overlooking the sea. All rooms have a TV, and some of them include a sofa and a coffee table. You can play table tennis or practice at several sports facilities. Additional amenities include a separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot and, high chair. Villa Radiance has sea views from all bedrooms, living room, and dining area. It is fully fenced and offers five parking spaces. Attractions and local activities at your fingertips are wine tours and water sports that can be organized with prior request and agreement. Zaton is a village near which there are many cafes and restaurants, as well as several shops and the beautiful beach Zaton.
