The open plan living and dining area flows out to the deck and pool, perfect for family BBQs overlooking the lake. Bring your kayaks and paddleboards and enjoy all the lake has to offer. The family friendly property has a large lawn, basketball hoop and picnic blanket and basket to enjoy the surrounding parks and beaches. Located in a nice peaceful cul-de-sac, the home is the perfect place to relax whilst also being walking distance to Q-Super Centre and only 5 minutes’ drive to other attractions including Pacific Fair, Nobby Beach and Star Casino. Please note that this is a quiet residential area, and we wish to respect our neighbours by having a strict 10pm noise curfew. This property is not suited to events or parties. Only those nominated on the booking are permitted to be in the house unless approved by the host prior. The pool area is fitted with a decibel monitor to ensure the comfort of our neighbours at night. This property is reserved for families and quiet groups and we do not accept bookings from guests under 25 years of age. Thank you for your understanding. Prior to arrival you will receive a link to our digital guest guide which contains instructions on how to access the property, helpful information about the property and our recommendations about what is great to see and experience in the local area. On confirmation of the booking we require the following information: 1. Your photo ID with your current postal address 2. Signed acknowledgment of our Short Stay Rental Agreement and Standard Terms and Conditions Security bond is required prior to your stay. You and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Access is via a lock box code. Glenyss will be available to contact via message or phone should you require any assistance during your stay. Hayman House is located on one of the Gold Coast's beautiful waterways. There are wonderful cafes and restaurants all around (see our guest guide for our favourites), the local community shopping centre is just a few minutes away and Pacific Fair and Robina Town Shopping Centres are also close by. It is a 5 minute drive to Nobbys Beach and in a perfect central location for access to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Burleigh. Only 45 minutes to Mount Tambourine, Springbrook, Binna Burra and Lamington National parks to experience the many walking tracks, food and hinterland cottage arts. Access is via a lock box. You will be provided with a unique code and access instructions prior to check in. Hayman House is designed for family living with open plan and light filled rooms.
