After two years of work, Villa Garatenborda (completely renovated old farmhouse) was opened for rent for the first time in July 2021. Villa Garatenborda can accommodate up to 8 people, and consists of 4 bedrooms (Guéthary, Espelette, Itsassou and Lekeitio) all equipped with TV), 3 bathrooms (green / black and gold / gold skyscraper) all equipped with towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo ..., a mezzanine, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a large living / dining room (table that can accommodate 10 guests) with fireplace. The "Lekeitio" bedroom also has its own "gold" bathroom. The "Espelette" and "Itsassou" rooms share the "black and gold" bathroom. All the bathrooms have very large showers.
