Manesty House is a beautifully modern and spacious detached house situated in an elevated position looking over the rooftops of Keswick, with panoramic views of the surrounding fell peaks; looking north to south - glimpse of Blencathra, Latrigg, Carl Side, Dodd, Sell Fell, Lord seat, Barf, Whinlatter tops, Grisedale Pike, Barrow and Causey Pike. With two ground floor bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and a further two bedrooms, along with a family bathroom. This four bedroom house easily suits a large family or two families sharing, but living on separate floors. On the first floor you have a large open plan living/dining room with French doors opening onto a balcony with some of the best views in the area to enjoy. The spacious kitchen is also on this floor with all the appliances needed to enhance your stay. Outside, you have an enclosed garden patio with a handy water tap and a garden storage box with brush to clean your muddy boots. Manesty House is a short 5-minute walk from the bustling town centre of Keswick, which is brimming with a great selection of bars, shops, restaurants, nightlife, independent boutiques, a great local market and plenty of days out and activities nearby. This traditional market town has lots to discover and has many little streets and courtyards. Keswick is home to The Derwent Pencil Museum, where the largest pencil in the world can be found. If you like culture, The Theatre By The lake offers a stunning lakeside location and award-winning arts and drama. Water sports are available on Derwentwater, and if you love outdoor adventure including walking, cycling and climbing you are surrounded by some amazing scenery and routes. Gin tasting tours can also be enjoyed at the famous Lakes Distiller, or if you want a really wild day out, try The Lake District Wildlife Park.
