Your private oasis awaits... The space Single family home with two pool-side studio suites right on the outskirts of Oranjestad in the Ponton neighborhood with their own driveway and parking. Ideally located near major roadways, supermarkets and restaurants. The nearest beach is only 2-3 minutes drive with quick access to major tourist areas in 10 minutes or less. The two units can be rented either individually or both units to the same party, with both options having full private access to the pool and garden area for bookings made as of Sept 1, 2021 onward. Guest access You will have your own suite and private bathroom which has hot water for the shower, as well as a private parking within the property via your own driveway. You will have the pool, garden/deck area, half bathroom adjacent to the pool deck all to yourself. The laundry room is shared during your entire stay but is fully complimentary and located near the suite for your convenience. Where you’ll be: Oranjestad, Aruba The Ponton area is an upper middle class residential neighborhood located just outside the capital Oranjestad. Easy and quick access to 2 major roadways Caya Nelson Oduber Boulevard and Watty Vos Boulevard that can connect to well....everywhere. The area has seen significant development in recent years, boasting many food tracks, fast food and restaurants in the direct vicinity. Getting around A rental car is highly recommended in order to fully experience the island. Taxis and public transportation is also available
