The villa is a 'hacienda type" house, split in the main villa and in a self-contained cottage, turned into a separate master bedroom suite, with a pleasant size kitchen and a shaded terrace looking onto the pool area. Layout The main villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with ample corner suite, guests’ WC, and a wooden deck front terrace that overlooks the garden and the sunny pool. At the back of this open-plan space, a hall area leads into three air-conditioned bedrooms, each one of them with an en-suite shower room. The two of them are double and the third is a twin. In addition, a utility room with a washing machine is located among them. Pool and Terraces The sunny private pool (10.5 X 5 m) is located at the front of the villa, it is surrounded by spacious terraces and is hidden by forest trees on one side. It features the necessary umbrellas and chairs for sunbathing or extra relaxation, under the cheerful chirping of the numerous local birds. An easily accessed built BBQ is available at the back of the villa, with an adjacent small kitchen, fridge, working counter, for anyone who would wish to become the chef of the evening and surprise the rest of the party with his cooking skills.
