## Space Welcome to my home! Located in Leça da Palmeira, 300m from the Equestrian Center of Porto and Matosinhos and at 2km from the beach, the marina, and sailing clubs. Also next to Quinta da Conceição and the Museum of Quinta de Santiago, ideal for walking, exercise, going to the swimming pool of architect Siza Vieira or playing tennis in the pavilion of architect Fernando Távora. The location is very easy to get around by car because it is near the highway that connects to Porto (4km away) and the Airport (5km away. It is 1km from the nearest supermarket, MAR Shopping and IKEA. This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably. Fitted with a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a microwave, a fridge, and an oven. The bedroom contains a comfy bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. There is a gym in the building (not free). Enjoy your stay! ## Access Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Leça da Palmeira is known for the Boa-Nova Tea House and the Swimming Pool, both works by the illustrious Matosinhense architect Siza Vieira, both national monuments. Leça is also famous for its beaches, green spaces, Porto de Mar, Galp Refinery , Exponor and more recently by the IKEA commercial space. ## Transit The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. ## Notes Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
