Gîte Monpazier - Piscine & Jacuzzi

At the edge of the Périgord, in a green setting, this pretty gîte can accommodate 2 people and will be the ideal base for discovering the region. You will have a living room, an equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a shower room. After a day of discoveries, return to your pied à terre and enjoy your private terrace of 80 m² or the shared relaxation area with swimming pool, jacuzzi (extra charge), billiards, darts... The accommodation The accommodation is presented as follows: Day space: - Living room with a sofa, flat screen TV, dining area for 4 guests. - Separate and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, American refrigerator, hotplates (5 burners), microwave, two coffee makers, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery... - Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, accessible from the kitchen. Night space: - Bedroom fitted out with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), and its private shower room with jet shower and WC. Outside : - Private terrace of 80 m² furnished with garden furniture, barbecue, sunbeds, parasol. - Shared swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m not heated. The pool is accessible from May to September and is secured by an alarm. - Shared relaxation area with jacuzzi for 4 people (extra charge), billiards, garden furniture, darts... Nearby The gite is located at the edge of the Périgord in Lot et Garonne, and is close to all the great sites to visit and to villages classified "Most beautiful villages of France": Monpazier, Monflanquin, Villeréal, Pujols, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Sarlat, Lascaux... You will also be able to discover many castles: Château de Biron, Château des Milandes (castle owned by Josephine Baker and which made her famous), Château de Beynac (castle where "Les Visiteurs" was shot)... Activities - Sporting activities : canoeing on the Dordogne, Walibi amusement park (Agen), accrobranche, cycling, hiking, climbing, horseback riding... - Numerous visits to world famous sites : Lascaux and its cave, La Roque-Gageac village... Transportation - You will have a private parking on the property (1 vehicle). - TGV station of Agen at 40 km. Other remarks - The jacuzzi for 4 persons is available in supplement at 15 euros per hour for two persons, and is accessible from May to September. This supplement is to be paid on site. - The swimming pool and the relaxation area are shared with the neighboring gite and the owners. - The vaccination pass is required for the use of the common areas (pool / jacuzzi). - Sheets and towels are available on request and must be paid for on site. - Baby bed and high chair available on request, please inform us at the time of booking. - Portable air conditioning at your disposal. - The gîte is located on a 2 hectare property where there is another gîte for 4 persons (Gîte Sarlat), and the owners' residence.
