Three further bedrooms, laundry and a main bathroom ensure complete comfort. The Space: All on one level we have open plan kitchen, living and dining, with a large dining table seating 8. Master bedroom with king bed, sitting area and ensuite. Bedroom Two with queen bed. Bedroom Three with queen bed. Bedroom Four with two king single beds. Family bathroom with large bath, shower and seperate toilet. Second living area so plenty of space for everyone. Fireplace to keep you cosy in the cooler months. Heating and cooling throughout to ensure your comfort all year round. Outdoor dining area with bbq and many places to sit and enjoy the view on the gorgeous wrap around verandah. Full size tennis court to keep everyone entertained and some friendly neighbouring sheep to say hello to. Plenty of room for the kids to run and play and explore. Basketball hoop. This house is set up for family groups with a mix of adults and children. We have a very strict no party policy at the house which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm our guests need to move inside with no noise to the neighbours.
