Half Hill is a unique and captivating villa. From the gate It strikes you as a traditional Spanish countryside mansion but once you enter this stunning property you experience its very cosy nature and Caribbean flair. Perched on half a hill, as its name portrays, this gorgeous property is nestled in the very upscale neighbourhood of Caribbean Heights overlooking the Rose Hall Great House, White Witch Golf Course and Caribbean Sea below. Half Hill is comprised of a main villa and guest cottage, has 4 bedrooms in total, 2 living rooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests. There is an infinity edge pool, spa and we provide complimentary beach access. The Space: The property is comprised of two buildings, the main villa which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a grand living room, luxurious dining room and kitchen, casual dining area and a very relaxing sit-out area. Just across the pool hang-out area is a cute cottage that has 1 master bedroom and oversized adjoining patio upstairs, and downstairs a very spacious living room with 2 queen sofa beds and a large bathroom having both a shower and a bath. Both buildings are flanked around the circular swimming pool which brings everything together. They share a common sit-out area which connects them and provides a continuous flow of positive energy. The view from the pool is spectacular as your vision passes over lush vegetation right to the glistening Caribbean Sea. The spacious living room offers premium cable television and WiFi internet, lots of seating for all the guests to hang out. Located very close to Montego Bay, the villa is only a few minutes drive away from some very spectacular beaches. Guest Access: Guests who book this holiday home have access to the entire property, the villa, cottage, swimming pool, spa and gorgeous grounds of the estate. All HOSPITALITYEXPERT guests have complimentary access to the Rose Hall Beach Club. We only rent to one group at a time. The estate neighbors the grounds of the world famous Rose Hall Great House. Caribbean Heights is a gated community with 24-hr security, it comprises of some of the largest family homes and estates on the island. There are 3 PGA rated golf courses within walking distance and tee times can be arranged. For well-spent, fun family days discover the most exhilarating water attraction in the Caribbean at the Hilton Water Park. There is so much to enjoy for adults and kids, navigate through cascading waterfalls, relax along the lagoons, drift on the lazy river with inner tubes or lounge in one of three terraced pools. Alternatively take the family along for a thrilling horse-back riding experience at Half Moon Equestrian Centre, located a mere 7 minutes from Half Hill. There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Northpoint, DelMare and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Marguerite’s , Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners. There are beaches galore, ranging from 4-10 minutes driving distance or a minimum 15-minute walk. These include free access to the Rose Hall Beach Club and Tropical Bliss Beach. If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more guests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled.
