With cool ocean breezes and surrounding trees, Top40 House at Boomerang is the ideal location for a great beach holiday get away. Top40 will allow you to enjoy all that Pacific Palms has to offer including 4 beaches, lakes, national parks, boating, fishing, golf and everything associated with coastal village living. Easy going, friendly and fun is what Top40 House is all want you to enjoy your stay. Top40 has been appointed with that in mind. Top40 House offers new and modern furnishing, a large fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, three bedrooms to accommodate up to 9 guests (ideal for 6 adults) and all rooms have build in robes. Enjoy open plan living including a wood burner for those colder times of year. Two decks leading from the living area are great for entertaining and there is access to the largest deck from the bunk room as well. A covered area allows the outside to be enjoyed at any time including large 5 burner BBQ facilities. There are two bathrooms, an outside shower, washing machine, dryer and plenty of space to hang towels and clothes in the courtyard making it easy to wash away the salt after fun filled days of surfing, swimming or just lazing about. There is also seating in the front yard for enjoying a sun-downer. On site parking is available for at least 3 vehicles and includes a large lock up garage that also provides space for recreational activities such as table tennis. When not enjoying the great outdoors visitors to Top40 House can relax inside with a good book, listen to music or watch movies from the book and DVD library. A games box is also provided and there are activities downstairs. Located mid way between Elizabeth, Shelly and Blueys Beaches and only 400 metres from Boomerang Beach Top40 House provides lots of choices. All beaches are within easy walking distance as are the local cafe's and shops and it's a very short drive or ride to the lake. Our beautiful suburb of Pacific Palms is located smack bang in the middle of New South Wales's Great Lakes District on the mid north coast. It is a lush sub-tropical holiday destination surrounded by Myall Lakes, Wallis Lakes, Booti Booti National Park, and the Pacific Ocean. Pacific Palms is 250 kilometres north of Sydney's northern suburbs taking just under 3 hours to reach by car. It is 1.5 hours north of Newcastle. Pacific Palms is only 20 minutes from Forster and here you can find excellent shopping, dining, entertainment and boating. Minimum booking at Top40 House is 2 nights, 3 nights during school holidays and 5 nights for Christmas period.
