3 Quiet Home on Large Property Downtown Loomis

Welcome to Loomis! Stay at this cozy three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a full kitchen and private yard, with plenty of parking. The property is located just 5 minutes from Highway 80, 10 minutes from Rocklin, and 15 minutes from Roseville. The property is on a private street off the main road. The property features beautiful oak trees, helping create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. On the edge of the countryside but still close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do. This is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom Condo, There are comfortable queen beds in each room, TV with Roku, Direct TV cable, and NFL Sunday Ticket channels. Parties/Noise: In order to respect the neighbors, we do not allow parties in the house, and we kindly ask that things are kept on the quieter side after 10:00 pm. Parking: Please only park in the driveway in front of your duplex. Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $25 for each guest over 6 unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties. Wifi network: Taylor34 Wifi password: kindmint065 Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $50/hour for late checkouts. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. August Smart Lock (https://august.com/): To lock the door from outside, simply press the red button at bottom of keypad (code not necessary to lock the door). Additionally, the door will auto-lock after 30 minutes. To lock and unlock from inside, turn the entire lock. Restrooms: Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home, please only smoke in the backyard. No smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house. Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard. Cleaning: While we clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, place any dishes or kitchenware into the dishwasher, strip the sheets (not the mattress cover), take out all of the trash, and start a load of towels in the washing machine. This helps us keep the cleaning cost down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived. Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding. Garbage: If you stay here on a Tuesday, please put the garbage cans on the street for Wednesday morning pickup. If you are here Wednesday, please pull the cans back to the storage area to the right of the home. Do not put trash in the green waste bin. This creates a huge mess that is difficult to clean. Pets: Pets are allowed for $50 per pet, non-refundable fee. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used, especially since they are carpet. Pick up after the pets in the yard and dog run. Please alert us if you have a pet. We shall not be responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. Furniture: Please do not rearrange the furniture. We have had guests rearrange and damage the furniture. It is also difficult for our housekeeper to put it back where it belongs.
