There is a comfortable living room with work space, a well equipped kitchen with everything required for making a great meal. The balcony can be accessed from the kitchen and is a great place to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine when the Scottish weather permits!). There is also a toilet on the upper floor. Downstairs there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a great size and benefits from and en-suite. The second bedroom is right next to the family bathroom. The Neighborhood: The apartment is situated in central Glasgow, and will be an ideal home away from home for your trip. There are a great variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, in the Merchant City, all within five minutes walk of the front door. We are a 15 minute walk from Central Station. Nearby attractions include The People’s Palace and Glasgow Police Museum, as well as green spaces like Barrowland Park, and Glasgow Green, which is only 2 minutes walk. Attractions like the Glasgow Cathedral, City Chambers, Tall Ship, Hunterian Museum & Art Gallery, and Glasgow Science Centre are also very easily accessible via train or bus. Getting Around: There is a taxi rank a few minutes walk, but should be no problem flagging down a black cab in the popular Merchant City. High St and Argyll St train stations are a few minutes walk away. Numerous bus stops within 1-2 minutes. Nearest subway station is at St Enoch, approx 7 minute walk away.
