In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Accommodation description: Beautiful traditional holiday home (2007), very spacious and nicely decorated, with a large fenced garden, a nice pool and a very large covered terrace! Everything you need for a nice holiday! The house stands amidst rolling fields of sunflowers and is only 4 km from the medieval village of Bassoues, with some characteristic buildings. Here you will find a bakery and a restaurant. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is perfect for 2 families who want to spend their holidays together. It is set up for families with children, and they can enjoy themselves in the swimming pool and in the surrounding garden. There is a trampoline, sandpit, swing and even a slide. The parents can enjoy themselves under the covered terrace with a glass of local Armagnac, or a delicious glass of wine. There are plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture to keep everyone happy. The interior is neat and tidy. The Dutch/French farmer lives a bit further away, grants you all the privacy, but is there for all your questions and/or problems. Next to the house are a few barns, but these are no longer in use. Nearby is a small lake, for the beach you have to go a bit further to Marciac, Plaisance or Miélan. Visit Auch, a beautiful city with a cathedral. For a day out with the children, we recommend Walibi amusement park in Agen.
