19th Century Villa near Medieval Small Villages

Summary: Built in 19th century as a self-sufficient farmhouse completed with cattle shed, pigsty and barn, this has been restored in 1998 and refreshed in 2010 using traditional material as wood, clay and stone. It overlooks a green tableland where you can see sheep grazing. The Space: The house is made off a typical local black lava stone as many farm houses of the region in that period; in 2010 has been furnished with antique furniture and old carpets to preserve the spirit and the atmosphere of the old times, keeping anyhow an elegant country look, and without giving up any modern comfort.
