On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with perfectly equipped open kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom with shower/WC as well as an extra guest WC. The living room is also equipped with a sofa bed. The apartment on the 1st floor also has its own kitchen and living area. It also has 3 further bedrooms and another bathroom with shower/WC. The pool of 40 m², heated in the cooler season, with a length of 15 m invites you to relax. A swing, slide, table football and a trampoline are available for the children. Your dog is very welcome.  Your hosts produce excellent olive oil! Talk to them about it.  The small town of Perhat is quietly located in the Istrian interior. The region is particularly suitable for cycling, biking, hiking and relaxing. The tourist metropolises like Porec or Novigrad as well as the coast are about 18 km away from the villa.
