The outdoor space has direct access to public footpaths, canal and numerous country walks. Henley in Arden, Hatton, Warwick, Leamington, Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull and NEC are nearby. There are 2 National Trust properties and wonderful gastro pubs including The Boot at Lapworth. The estate has private gated access. The Space The space is completely self contained and private for those individuals looking for a peaceful, undisturbed stay in the countryside or just a stop off while travelling north or south and charging your electric or hybrid vehicle. Guest access Guests will be able to access the whole of the annexe over the garage and the hallway below. All the outside space immediately outside and the many public walkways and canal system nearby. Other things to note Our central location is minutes from M40/42 junction which makes for an ideal location for re-charging your all electric or hybrid vehicle with facility on site. Well behaved dogs are welcome. There is direct access to rural public footpaths and canal system. Lounge sofa turns into double sofa bed. Small single bed, travel cot and high chair can be provided.
