## Space Welcome to Villa Mahana ! Spacious property of 220 square meters in 2nd line in front of the sea, it benefits from all the necessary comfort to spend wonderful holidays with family or friends. Small tour of the owner The outside environment is composed of a patio with sunscreen and an outside lounge (table for 10 people and lounge area for 8 people). The landscaped garden with a large wooden terrace of more than 300 square meters with palm trees, fine sand beach, petanque ground, two shaded relaxation lounges, a swimming pool (with alarm). The interior of 220 square metres is particularly pleasant in summer with its marble floor, wood panelling and its ashlar walls. The ground floor consists of a very luminous living room with a sea view, a 10 seat sofa and a giant screen equipped with a stereo system. It also has two double bedrooms (two queen size beds) with private bathrooms, and also a third extra bedroom (queen size sofa bed) To the right of the entrance is the living room with an oval carrara marble table that can accommodate 6 people. The fully-equipped kitchen is very functional (electronic opening at the touch of a button for the upper cupboards), opening onto the pantry and a laundry room with plenty of storage space as well as a second fridge for cold drinks. Upstairs, the small "cosy cocoon". The master suite opens onto a 25 square metre terrace with outdoor furniture. The room is composed of a queen size bed with a flat screen television and a large dressing room. The bathroom with bathtub, Italian shower and toilet. From the terrace, you can also access the tower of the villa which offers you a magnificent 180 degree view of the sea. This room is ideal for yoga sessions, massages or work. The villa is equipped with wifi as well as a security system also present in the garage. The garage is available from July to August. ## Access Access to the villa through a gate leading to the garden and the front door. Access also possible through the garage. ## Interaction The Charles Osborn concierge will be there to welcome you. A private concierge will be available during your holidays to answer each of your requests (transport, reservation, home cook, outdoor activities, delivery of groceries etc.). ## Neighborhood ## Villa Andrea is located 10 minutes walk from the beach of Lazaret and 15 minutes from the beach of the Corniche (see photo aerial view). The city centre can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. The Place de la Corniche is also less than 10 minutes walk away with many shops: bakery, butcher, bio shop, wine shop, fish shop, mini-market and restaurants such as "Le petit Bistro". Two Michelin star restaurants are less than 15 minutes away: La coquerie and The Marcel. ## Transit Montpellier airport and Montpellier Sud de France train station 50 minutes away. Sète train station 20 minutes away. (in summer) Airport/station transfer possible on request. Car rental also on request. ## Notes Indoor parking available. Arrival from 3pm to 8pm, 7 days a week with concierge services at extra cost. 24 hour arrival at extra cost. Departure from 8am to 10am, 7 days a week.
