Sinatsakis Villas is a holiday complex, consisted of 3 villas (Villa Anna, Villa Maria and Villa Ioanna), located next to each other. Settled in Pigi village, close to Rethymno, the Villas are only 2.5 km away from its long sandy beach and just around 500 metres away from the village centre, where you can find several shops, such as a bakery, tavernas, pharmacy, mini market and butcher. The location combines the peacefulness of the nature with easy access to the lively areas such as Adelianos Kampos, Pigianos Kampos, Platanias and Rethymno old town, making Sinatsakis Villas a perfect holiday destination for couples or families with young children. Villa Maria is a two-storey, one bedroom Villa, covering 75 m² and can accommodate 2 people in beds and up to 4 people if it is necessary. The Villa was recently renovated and furnished in a minimal and romantic style with all the modern amenities. Indoor Layout Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area which consists of the siting area (comfortable double sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests) with satellite 50” HDTV, as well as an office and provides access to a veranda. The fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures and indoor dining table. The living room area has a balcony which you can also access to the garden. Then as you pass through the hall way, there is a bedroom with one double. At the end of the hall way, there is a bathroom with bath and shower. Outdoor Area Outdoors there is an organised fenced area with relaxing environment surrounded by trees and flowers.
