## Space Welcome to our home! Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer! In this apartment, up to 4 people can sleep comfortably. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center. ## Access Guests will have access to the whole property! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto. ## Transit Nearest subway station: Aliados (1.1km); 14min by foot São Bento Train Station (1.1km); 14min by foot Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (15.6km); 21min by car Uber is available for download and use in Porto. ## Notes Before your check-in, we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products ,bin bag., Teabags, and coffee capsules. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
