As part of the remarkable Sutton Knob community, you'll enjoy shared access to a secluded 94-acre getaway with ponds, waterfalls, and walking paths. Dog-friendly and a mountain bikers dream, you'll also love the miles of scenic trails through serene hardwood forests. Unwind in the bright and open living area, where large picture windows and cathedral ceilings allow in plenty of natural light. Settle in on the sectional and watch a movie on the smart TV. Or marvel at the stunning long-range mountain views. Prepare hearty meals in the gleaming kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge. Helpful gadgets include a microwave and a coffee maker. Three can keep the chef company at the center island, while the dining table seats six. The large screened porch is perfect for casual cookouts. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for six. Completed in 2015, this 94-acre paradise puts the Land of Waterfalls on full display -- mountain bike, go horseback riding, or meander past soaring forests and native wildflowers, and across crystal-clear waters ideal for fishing. Stroll to the cascading waterfalls of Silver Creek, or head to the Meadows -- a pavilion and peaceful community park with picture-postcard ponds. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
