Dublin City University is just across the road and has lots to offer by means of recreational and sporting activities or simply an enjoyable walk through the campus. Our home is well serviced by public transport which will easily take you to Dublin City/Downtown within 15 minutes (off peak). Dublin Airport is a mere 20 minutes by car or taxi, as is the M50 motorway which provides easy access to the rest of Dublin and surrounding counties. There are a host of local shops, cafes and bars just a short stroll from your doorstep. Our beautiful home has 6 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep up to 13 guests in proper beds and up to 15 guests via 2 extra fold down beds(extra fold down beds may incur an extra fee).The present bed layout comprises of 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 single beds in each room and 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 single bed. Downstairs there is 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds in each bedroom. The house is generously equipped with a spacious, modern kitchen, dining room, a large beautiful garden and parking for up to four vehicles. When you open the doors to the garden, you will be met by a beautifully landscaped garden and outdoor area that is equipped with a barbecue and ample seating for a delicious dinner under the stars.
