Villa del Cavaliere is a holiday home with swimming pool and garden in Santa Maria di Leuca, Southern Salento. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and it`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, built-in gas barbecue, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets. The property is entirely fenced and with a large parking area. Pets are allowed. The villa consists of a living room with double sofa bed, tv and fireplace, a spacious kitchen with large glass doors, bathroom with shower and washing machine and the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom while the other is a twin bedroom. The air conditioning is in both bedrooms and in the living room. The surroundings of Villa del Cavaliere in Leuca Villa del Cavaliere is in the outskirts of Leuca, one of the most famous seaside locations in Salento, on the tip of the Italian heel. In addition to the Sanctuary dedicated to Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, in Leuca there are many beautiful eclectic villas, marine caves, the lighthouse and the southernmost flag in Italy. In Leuca there are the main commercial amenities.  - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Pool available from May to October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - One of two bathrooms is outside.
