The villa, on two floors, is composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom on each floor). Two bedrooms are on the first floor; one bedroom is on the ground floor (with futon bed). On the first floor, there is a small room with shower, directly accessible from the garden (next to the bathroom). “Villa Bella” is in a panoramic position, on a hill, just under Costarainera, close to Cipressa. It is 4 km from the sandy beaches of San Lorenzo al Mare, 15 minutes by car. In San Lorenzo al Mare, you can rent some bikes and ride on the amazing and panoramic cycling path “Ponente Ligure”, which leads to Sanremo. It is a plain cycling path, derived from the old railway. The villa has a private parking area, inside the property, where many cars can be parked. Free Wi-Fi. Important notes: - Noise: to be fair, we prefer to point out that the villa is 100 meters away as the crow flies from the highway below, so traffic noise could be heard. Therefore, this property is NOT suitable if you are looking for a vacation villa immersed in complete silence. - Access to the villa: the last 200 meters to get to the villa are off-road (a small countryside road, 1 lane). Most car can access it (city cars, sedans), however larger cars (such as vans and SUVs) may encounter some difficulties. There is only a sharper turn, and the sides of the road are cleaned regularly. - Children and safety: maximum attention is required for children! From the outer edge of the pool and from the gazebo area there is a danger of falling. According to the regulations for this type of rental, there is no provision for a lifeguard: parents must supervise their children in the garden and by the pool for the danger of falling and drowning. - Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the villa. - Upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law. Internal spiral staircase, to go down to the level of the pool area. However, both ground floor and first floor can be accessed from the outside, without using the spiral staircase.
