## Space Welcome! Just 5-minutes by foot away from Campanha station. This spacious two-bedroom apartment is perfect for families, friends or couples who want to explore this vibrant city of Porto. Situated on the top floor of a classic Portoguese-styled building, the apartment is fully furnished with all modern amenities and has a private balcony with spectacular rooftop views. These include: - 2 single beds + 1 Queen sized bed - An extra sofa bed to fit one additional guest - Exposed wooden beams for a rustic flair - Kitchen with cookware, cutleries and utensils - Ironing equipment. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided for your pleasure. Fresh towels, bedsheets/linens and toiletries are also provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done on the day of your anticipated arrival. Enjoy! ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The residential neighbourhood of Rua de São Roque is a central location, not too far from the local train station. The area is quiet and family friendly with a variety of restaurants and bars, a bookstore, a grocery store, and a park. In the heart of the neighbourhood is the Chapel of Souls where it is common to find locals praying. There are also a number of historical buildings including the Luis I Bridge, the Porto Cathedral, and the FC Porto Museum. ## Transit The nearest train and tram station is Campanha. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just 20 minutes away by car. ## Notes Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
