Studio 30 meters from Perissa Beach

Our Studio is located in the centre of Perissa, 30 meters from the beach (the location couldn't be better). Perissa is one of the most popular destinations of Santorini Island, has the longer beach which is famous for the infinite black sand and the dark blue water, where you can enjoy various water sports, diving, snorkeling, horse riding, mountain hiking and most of all, just relax and chill! There are also many restaurants, cocktails bars, clubs and shops around Perissa Beach, and all in walking distance from our studio. All our rooms are equipped with ensuite bathroom, balcony, kitchenette( induction cooker, pots, pans and utensils are provided), fridge, satellite TV, WIFI, safe box, hair dryer and air-conditioning (Iron and board on request). Hot water is available 24 hours, clean towels and sheets are provided on requests. Guests can leave luggages at storage place before check-in and after check-out, and use all the common areas until your departure. In common area has a swimming pool with sunbeds around, next to it is a pool bar where you can get some snacks, drinks, cocktails and breakfast. There is a vending machine is at the corner as well. The lobby area has a satellite TV for watching sports events, movies or Netflix. There is also a computer for guests to use( printing is available too!). Free WIFI is provided in whole building and rooms. A washing machine is free to use for your personal laundry and a drying rack is equipped in your own balcony. At reception we provide information for currency exchange, car & motor rentals and all variety of tours booking. We can also arrange transfer pick up from airport/ port and taxi service. Upon your arrival we will be happy to welcome you, hand you the keys and provide you with a map and some useful tips, like what to do, where you eat, how to go...etc, make sure you have great ideas of Santorini! We live here so during your stay, you can find us around easily, when we are not there, we remain fully available 24/7 on phone or email for our guests in case of any eventuality or needs. We are located in the centre of Perissa, 30 meters from the beach. The nearest bus stop is about 4 min walk which has bus service that takes you to ALL popular destinations including airport & port. If you come by car, a free public parking place is about 3 min walk. - Beach: less than 1 min walk - Mini market: about 2 min walk - Free parking place: about 3 min walk - Bus stop: about 4 min walk - Big supermarket: about 8 min walk - Restaurants & bars: from 1 min walk (we are in the center!) Please kindly note that we do not provide toiletries such as shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ comb/ toothbrush/ toothpaste. However there is a mini market 2 minutes away by walk where you can find all these things.
