The construction, completed in 2021, has given life to a splendid three-floor residence of great luxury with attention paid to every minimum detail by the owners. The exterior is clad in local stone while, in the interior, lava stone, travertine from the quarries of Saturnia and fine mosaic have been magnificently blended in an elegant choice of minimal, essential modernity, designed to offer maximum comfort for a spectacular holiday. The spacious rooms are a riot of light, enhanced by the large glass walls in the living area and by the panoramic bedrooms with private bathrooms; the first two floors are equipped with a convenient luxurious lift. The particular well-kept garden, terraced on several levels with natural wood decking, contains the outdoor dining area, the delightful, mosaic-lined infinity pool and the living area which offers a beautiful view of Punta Ala and the crystal clear sea that shines on the horizon. But the true gem of Villa Le Mandrie, in which quality standards reach a rare excellence, is without a shadow of doubt the wonderful wellness room with the large Jacuzzi tub and Turkish bath, both lined with mosaics of various fantastic shades and reflections, ranging from copper to bronze and gold. It also boasts a very long beach which can be accessed from the vast pine forest and which is an excellent solution for those looking for a holiday surrounded by nature. Punta Ala is ideal as a starting point for exploring the famous neighbouring beaches, for example in Castiglione della Pescaia, or for venturing into the hinterland to visit small borghi. Services and shops for basic needs are only 1 km away. Interior: The three floors of Villa Le Mandrie are connected internally by an unusual staircase in lava stone and glass. The basement floor (where the 2-car garage is located) and the first floor are also connected by a luxurious lift while the first and second floors have, in addition to the internal staircase, direct access from the garden. From the parking area, the external pedestrian gate leads, up 35 steps, to the main entrance door on the first floor consisting of the living area, a large open-plan room divided into a fabulous living area, an elegant TV room and a dining room which leads directly to the large modern kitchen with central island. The external border and the interior of the pool are covered in mosaic in various shades of grey, giving it a more natural appearance depending on the light of the sun, and it is protected on two sides by long glass walls.
